Job summary

Kinetics Group in Sheraton is seeking an experienced event planner to support end-to-end event execution in a full-time role. The candidate will coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure branding alignment across campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and on-site event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of events, including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to align event themes with brand objectives.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and post-event reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure quality and brand standards.
  • Prepare and present event proposals, schedules, and briefs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as permits, contracts, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in developing creative event concepts, theming, and guest experiences.
  • Supervise event setup, registration, guest management, and teardown.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and brand guidelines during events.
  • Collect feedback and contribute to post-event evaluations and improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, and production) to align event themes, visuals, and experiences with brand objectives.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and post-event reports.
