Job summary

Kinetics Group in Sheraton is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to design and deliver high-quality Android and iOS applications. You will guide a team of developers and collaborate with product and design teams to shape mobile strategy.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in mobile architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture), hands-on app development, and experience leading cross-functional teams within agile environments. This role is full-time with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in mobile development (desirable but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and design of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Guide and mentor a dynamic team of developers.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality apps.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
