What is the Job?

You will support the reservations team to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue to meet targets.

Hours

40 Hours per week.

About The Role

Your day-to-day

• Assist with daily reservations operations
• Understand brand standards and manage systems
• Generate revenue reports
• Manage group bookings and rate strategies
• Cross-train across properties and systems
• Support reservation team coverage
• Coordinate with hotels to resolve booking issues
• Report to senior management as needed
• Participate in external meetings and show-rounds

Accountability

Work within the Reservations Department, with hours typically Monday to Friday, including occasional evenings and weekends.

What we need from you

Essential

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations
• Experience managing group business
• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above
• Customer service and communication skills

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
