NOW HIRING: Temporary Assistant Operations Manager / Supervisor

Contract: Temporary (Full-time)

Pay: weekly pay at £12.31 per hour

Are you a natural leader with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re recruiting on behalf of a major healthcare organisation in Belfast seeking an Assistant Operations Manager/Supervisor to support daily service delivery across a busy operational team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the management team in day-to-day operations
  • Supervising administrative and support staff
  • Managing rotas, workflow, and team coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in healthcare or public sector (advantageous but not essential)

An accredited managerial qualification e.g. Institute of Leadership Management Level 2 or equivalent and 1 year relevant experience in a support organisation at band 1 or above.

OR

3 years relevant experience in a support services role at band 1 or above in a complex organisation.
