About The Role

Food and Beverage

*A sample of the duties for the two functions include:

Food and Beverage

Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner at all times

Preparation of restaurant/bar, setting table placement ensuring cleanliness of crockery and cutlery

Taking food and drink orders

Serving meals and drinks efficiently and with minimal delay/wastage

Answering the telephone and taking reservations for restaurant and accommodation

Greeting all guests, welcoming and assisting them with requests, inquiries or directions. If unable to fully assist, refer to the Head Housekeeper or supervisor

Cleaning and servicing rooms or public areas including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, removing rubbish, etc.

Performing deep cleaning tasks and special projects if needed.
