Job summary

Springcare Ltd is seeking an Ancillary Assistant to help maintain high standards of cleanliness, laundry and general upkeep for residents in a care environment. No prior experience required as full training is provided; two written references and DBS check may be required.

The role includes training and progression opportunities, with permanent full or part-time day contracts and a supportive team. Shifts run 8:00-14:00, 14:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00, and transport can be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of communal areas and residents' bedrooms
• Hoovering, cleaning bathrooms and carrying out deep cleans
• Laundry of residents' clothes, bedding and other items
• Assisting the kitchen team
