Springcare Ltd is seeking an Ancillary Assistant to help maintain clean, safe and welcoming environments for our residents. You will contribute to infection control, laundry routines and general housekeeping across the care setting.

We provide full training, support and a friendly team culture. Roles include permanent full-time or part-time day shifts with on-site work and flexible patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is not essential; full training provided.
• Strong cleanliness, infection control and laundry standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and tidying of communal areas and residents' bedrooms.
• Hoovering, cleaning bathrooms and carrying out deep cleans.
• Laundry of residents' clothes and bedding.
• Assisting the kitchen team.
