Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Anaplan administrator to manage day-to-day administration, BAU processes and model maintenance. The role supports monthly reconciliation, user management, and ongoing development of Anaplan solutions within the FP&A roadmap.

Ideal candidates will have flexibility to learn, strong analytical skills, and experience with Excel. The position offers a hands-on, growth-focused environment and close collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Business, Technology or Finance, or a similar analytics related field.
• Foundational understanding of financial modelling and FP&A principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop understanding of existing Anaplan applications, models and process flows.
• Contribute to process documentation and drafting user stories.
• Monitor daily BAU maintenance and handle user support tickets with the Anaplan team.
• Run monthly BAU actuals integration from ERP systems and perform reconciliation.
• Support ad hoc projects and new developments as required.
• Communicate clearly with Anaplan users and manage licences and user lifecycle.
