Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead day-to-day data analysis, generate insights, and advise on client campaigns. The role interfaces with internal teams and clients to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The position requires strong storytelling with data, expertise in Tableau, Google Analytics, and hands-on Python & SQL, plus experience with omnichannel attribution and retail media. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong experience in campaign analyses across digital platforms.
• Experience with analytics, attribution and measurement systems.
• Strong storytelling with data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Python & SQL; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day analytics on an account to drive insights and recommendations for campaigns.
• Partner with media, strategy and creative teams to test hypotheses and measure success.
• Design and maintain dashboards to visualize data for clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and oversee junior team members on analytics best practices.
