Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty UK Limited is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to provide in-depth analytical support for forecasting, reporting and decision making across the FP&A team.

The role leads monthly sales and margin forecasting, participates in the monthly close, delivers variance analysis, and drives S&OP with cross‑functional partners on pricing and costing. Strong Excel modeling and data visualization skills are required, with experience using FP&A tools like Vena or Anaplan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail industry experience is preferred.
• Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in finance or economics.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, building and streamlining models.
• Strong working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and accounting concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with Vena or an equivalent SaaS FP&A planning tool (Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle Analytics Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of monthly sales and margin forecasting processes on the FP&A team.
• Participate in the monthly financial close, researching sales and margin impacts vs forecast and prior year.
• Provide management reporting and variance analysis explaining trends.
• Active participant in the monthly S&OP process, challenging assumptions and quantifying risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with business partners on pricing, costing, and other ad-hoc analytics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create and optimize reporting to convey forecasts and actual results clearly.
• Participate in user training and model documentation to improve expertise and expand tool adoption across the organization.
