Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Finance, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. The role offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Analyze financial statements and explain variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial analysis.
• Perform customer and product profitability analysis.
• Prepare information for leadership discussions.
• Support month-end close and link accounting to budgeting.
• Handle ad hoc scenario planning and what-if analyses.
