Nigel Frank is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in London (Hybrid) to lead analytics delivery using Tableau, SQL and Python. You will mentor junior analysts, partner with senior stakeholders and drive data-driven decision making.

The role offers a modern tech stack including Snowflake, Azure and AWS, with opportunities to own high-impact projects. The candidate will have 5+ years in data analytics or analytics consulting, strong Tableau and SQL skills, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
• Turn complex datasets into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Write advanced SQL queries and work with large-scale data platforms.
• Manage analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Mentor, coach and support junior analysts within the team.

Key Experience

• 5+ years' experience within Data Analytics, BI or Analytics Consulting.
• Strong Tableau experience, including dashboard development and visual analytics best practice.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Python experience.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms, ideally Snowflake and Azure.
• Strong leadership, mentoring or people development experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities to add value through data and analytics.
• Previous consulting, financial services or data‑intensive industry experience would be highly beneficial.
