Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking a Data Analytics Lead for a 12-month contract in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering reporting and insight for internal stakeholders and external customers, leading a small analytics team, and shaping how BI tools are used to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in analytics, strong KPI development, and proficiency with Power BI/Tableau, plus a solid MS tools background. Security clearance (SC) is desirable.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
• Experience leading or managing an analytics or BI team.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions using BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, operational reporting, and performance management.
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, translating business needs into analytical outputs.
• Experience with the Microsoft toolset and awareness of how data engineering supports analytics.
• Desirable: exposure to data governance, metadata management, and master data principles.
• Desirable: experience supporting internal and customer-facing reporting services.
• British nationality and active SC Clearance

Salary: £43,500 - 74,500 per year

Requirements:
