Job summary

EBRD is seeking an Analyst to support planning, coordination, oversight and governance within the department. The role operates at squad level and/or within a defined scope, delivering specialist tasks per guidelines as an individual contributor and ensuring standards are upheld.

The Analyst provides analysis and reporting for key departmental delivery and supports continuous improvement activities within the team, coordinating with contract managers to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Purpose of Job

The Analyst supports the department’s planning, coordination, oversight and governance processes. The role operates at team (squad) level and/or within a defined scope across the department, executing their specialist tasks as per established guidelines, in partnership with individuals and teams. The Analyst supports teams as an individual contributor ensuring that standards, processes, and practices are upheld and consistently applied. The role provides analysis and reporting for key departmental delivery and supports continuous improvement activities.
