Position Summary:

The EMEA Customer Data Analyst supports the EMEA Audience Marketing team by providing data-driven insights to facilitate marketing campaigns aimed at increasing revenues and margins. Responsibilities include extracting and communicating customer data to optimize campaign ROI and customer value. The analyst acts as the main contact during marketing meetings to present insights and answer questions, serving as the liaison between EMEA and Global Home Office. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

What Will You Be Doing?
  1. Support ideation, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns targeting customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, including database targeting, data quality, legal compliance, and consent management.
  3. Query customer databases to generate insights for marketing activation.
  4. Ensure campaigns are set up and executed according to specifications and regulations.
  5. Develop standard reports and presentations on campaign performance KPIs.
  6. Monitor success metrics and relate them to ROI.
  7. Link disparate customer marketing projects through data, processes, skills, and deployment methods.
What Do You Need To Bring?
  • Proficiency in querying languages, understanding database structures, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience leading cross-functional meetings and presenting insights.
  • SQL proficiency; SnowSQL and PowerBI experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of retail and marketing analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
  • Motivated and adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Curiosity and ability to identify key trends and insights.
  • Understanding of data privacy laws and best practices.
