Job summary

Southern Water is seeking an Analyst to turn data into insight that drives transformation and business decisions. You will contribute to transformation, digital innovation, process improvement, and change initiatives across the organisation.

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, project support, continuous improvement, or transformation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insight.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
