Job summary

Bank of America in Bromley is seeking an Ops Professional to join the AML/CDD onboarding function. You will ensure AML compliance with bank policies and country laws across EMEA, handling complex onboarding for a range of clients.

In this role you will review and approve KYC cases, act as SME for AML onboarding, coach junior team members, and drive key initiatives while managing internal stakeholders in a demanding, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AML/CDD requirements and SME expertise.
• Experience with complex corporate structures (Funds, Trusts, Partnerships, SPVs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve KYC cases ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Serve as SME for AML onboarding and coach junior team members.
• Execute key strategic deliverables for the AML onboarding team.
• Maintain ongoing internal stakeholder relationships.
