Job summary

Bank of America in Bromley is seeking an Ops Professional to join the AML/CDD onboarding function, ensuring compliance with bank policies and country laws. The team supports Global Banking and Global Markets across EMEA, focusing on new client onboarding and product/market expansion.

You will review KYC cases, act as SME for AML onboarding, coach junior staff, and drive key deliverables while managing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AML/CDD requirements and related regulations.
• Good understanding of corporate structures (Funds, Trusts, Partnerships, SPVs).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve KYC cases with adherence to SLAs, quality metrics and KPIs.
• Act as SME for AML onboarding and coach junior team members.
• Execute key strategic deliverables for the AML Onboarding team.
• Maintain ongoing stakeholder management.
