Qualifications

• Strong online research skills to identify AML/KYC, regulatory, governance and Modern Slavery documents.
• High attention to detail to verify documentation before records are updated.
• Effective written and verbal communication to document research findings and communicate issues to colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook to maintain trackers and records.
• Ability to follow established procedures and seek guidance to ensure high quality outcomes.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts with interest in responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using official registries, company websites, regulatory sources and approved resources to locate documentation for financial institutions and entities worldwide.
• Collect and review AML/KYC, governance, regulatory and modern slavery documentation per criteria and quality standards.
• Verify authenticity, relevance, currency and completeness of documents before processing.
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems with complete source information and documentation.
• Utilize research tools, automation solutions and AI to improve discovery, efficiency and data quality while following responsible AI practices.
• Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance research methods and standards.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and progressively take on routine responsibilities with increasing independence.
• Perform quality control of documents and records, identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Respond to client requests with accurate research outcomes and timely updates.
