Moody's Investors Service is seeking a Data Governance professional to lead governance, quality, and integrity of critical data assets within the Relationships domain. You will define standards, assess data elements, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to improve data trust and usability.

The role requires experience across data governance, quality, metadata, and MDM, with a focus on ownership, individuals, and sanctions data.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Ownership, Individuals, or Sanctions data domains and regulatory attributes.
• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Management.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Master Data Management.
• Experience defining and implementing data quality controls, metrics, and remediation processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across business and technology teams.
• DAMA Certified Data Management Professional or related certification preferred.
• Experience with metadata management, data lineage, data catalog, or data quality tooling preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices.

Aufgaben

• Drive the governance, quality, and integrity of critical data assets across the Relationships domain.
• Support governance of Ownership, Individuals, and Sanctions data domains by defining standards and metadata.
• Drive data quality initiatives through measurement, monitoring, and remediation programs.
• Develop and maintain data governance artifacts including glossaries and metadata definitions.
• Support master and reference data management to improve consistency and usability.
• Track governance issues, risks, and actions with timely resolutions.
• Facilitate governance forums and promote data accountability across stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic data transformation and process improvement initiatives.
