Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using official registries, company websites, regulatory sources and approved resources to locate documentation for entities worldwide
• Collect and review AML/KYC, regulatory, governance and modern slavery documentation per criteria and quality standards
• Verify authenticity, relevance, currency, and completeness of documents before processing
• Maintain accurate and organized records within internal systems and ensure files remain up to date
• Utilize approved research tools and AI technologies to support document discovery and data quality while following responsible AI practices
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance research methods and documentation standards
• Collaborate with team members and progressively take ownership of routine responsibilities
• Perform quality control of collected documents and address discrepancies
• Respond to client requests with accurate research outcomes and timely updates
