Qualifications

• 7+ years in Resource Management in a professional services or software delivery environment.
• Familiarity with SDLC, PLM, or enterprise software implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PSA/ERP tools such as SAP or Salesforce Certinia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and optimize resources across the AMS region for delivery projects.
• Manage end-to-end staffing, balancing skills, seniority and budget.
• Forecast demand and capacity from pipeline and project roadmaps.
• Identify skill gaps and provide upskilling recommendations.
• Lead RM status meetings with AMS leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity in RM systems and reporting.
• Collaborate with RM Office to reduce time-to-staff and improve matches.
