Siemens Software seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to shape People & Organization strategy across Europe and the MXRM business, partnering with senior leaders to drive growth, engagement and performance. The role supports organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives with a global remit.

The position offers remote work from Europe with a Rotterdam preference, 15–20% travel, and reports to the VP, P&O for Global Sales.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with P&O experience; Masters preferred.
• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) or other HR certification.
• Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, analytical skills and problem solving.
• Fluent in English; strong business and financial acumen.

Mansioni

• Engage with senior business leadership to understand objectives and priorities for P&O initiatives.
• Provide coaching on organization design, workforce planning, talent management and the people lifecycle.
• Lead change management and culture development to support growth and performance.
• Drive a high-performance culture with target setting, performance reviews and talent development.
• Collaborate with Zone/COE P&O teams to meet global business needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal risk with works councils as needed.
• Use data to uncover insights and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment efforts.
• Oversee talent development and identify L&D needs; collaborate with Training teams.
• Manage special HR projects including M&A activities.
