Apprentify is hiring six Sales Development Representatives to join our Wilmslow team. You will be at the front end of our sales function, generating new business and building a pipeline while earning uncapped commission.

Whether you're in sales or breaking into it, you'll receive specialist training, a tailored Sales Academy, and a clear path to progression within a fast-growing apprenticeship training provider serving UK organisations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospecting new clients through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Speaking with business decision-makers and opening new conversations.
• Understanding the upskilling needs of potential clients.
• Identifying and recommending relevant apprenticeship programmes.
• Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Converting prospects into high-quality business appointments.
• Booking virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity records in HubSpot.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the Apprentify Group.
• Developing your knowledge of AI, technology and digital skills through our bespoke in-house training.
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets.
