Job summary

Apprentify in Wilmslow is seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives to create new business opportunities across the UK. You will engage with decision-makers, explain how Apprentify’s apprenticeship programmes can support growth, and build a healthy sales pipeline.

No prior sales experience required; you’ll join a tailored Sales Academy, receive coaching, and have the chance to progress from SDR to higher roles.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and potential clients across the UK.
• Reach out to businesses via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Speak with HR, People, Talent and L&D decision-makers.
• Understand client development needs and map suitable Apprentify programmes.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline and book meetings.
• Keep pipeline organised using HubSpot.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Apprentify Group.
