Qualifications

• Qualified Employment solicitor with 2-5 years PQE.
• Experience handling both advisory and Employment Tribunal work.
• Capable of managing a caseload with limited supervision and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious respondent employment work.
• Advise clients on day-to-day HR and employee relations issues.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims and develop client relationships.
