Sacco Mann in Leeds is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join a forward-thinking national firm with hybrid working arrangements. You will advise employer clients on respondent employment matters, lead casework, and manage client relations in a collaborative team.

Competenze

• 3–8 years PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising employer clients.
• Excellent client relationship skills coupled with a commercially aware approach.
• Strong team player, motivated to contribute to team growth.

Mansioni

• Provide expert employment law advice on day-to-day issues and complex matters, focusing on respondent employment work.
• Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to deliver trusted advice and solutions.
• Lead casework and manage client relationships with autonomy and responsibility.
• Option to represent clients at Employment Tribunals and potentially in higher courts based on case complexity.
• Support business development initiatives to grow the team’s client portfolio.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment.
