Qualifications

• Between 2 and 5 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a leading firm.

Responsibilities

• Employment Tribunal litigation and day-to-day contentious matters.
• Disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigations.
• Redundancy and restructuring projects.
• TUPE advice and support on corporate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Advising on senior exits, restrictive covenants and employment status matters.
• Providing strategic employment law support to a diverse employer client base.
