Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join our established national team. You will handle a varied caseload across contentious employment matters for individuals and businesses, advising on strategy and outcomes.

The role focuses on Employment Tribunal litigation, including cases funded by Legal Expenses Insurance, and offers mentoring opportunities and career development in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Competenze

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience handling contentious employment matters and Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Experience representing both Claimants and Respondents desirable.
• Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a substantial and varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and a client-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Advise clients on contentious employment matters and deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Represent Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunal proceedings and higher court litigation where appropriate.
• Mentor and supervise paralegals and apprentices, supporting their professional development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, responsive advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service and support the growth of the practice.
