Qualifications

• PQE of 4+ with corporate experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and industry understanding.
• Proven track record in financial management and client expectations.
• Good IT skills with case management systems and MS Office.
• Self-starting, friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates the firm’s values consistently.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, restructurings and private equity.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality legal work and ensure timely billing and WIP management.
• Collaborate across offices and contribute to business development.
• Maintain up-to-date technical expertise and adhere to professional standards.
