Freeths in the East Midlands Corporate Team is growing and seeking a senior corporate lawyer in Nottingham with 7+ years PQE. You will manage the full spectrum of corporate work and enjoy a high level of autonomy as a senior team member, contributing to client delivery and deal execution.

You will supervise junior lawyers, uphold strong financial and compliance standards, and drive business development with the support of the senior team.

Competenze

• 7+ years PQE in corporate law, with experience in M&A and private equity.
• Strong technical skills and autonomy as a senior team member.
• Ability to supervise juniors and drive business development.
