Elite Personnel is partnering with a leading regional law firm to recruit a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 4+ years PQE. You will handle a mix of advisory and transactional matters for SMEs and larger regional clients, including M&A, contracts, and governance work.

Qualifikationen

• UK qualified solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience in Corporate & Commercial Law.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience handling complex transactions.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, client-first approach.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team.

Aufgaben

• Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Managing M&A transactions, business sales, and acquisitions.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and terms of business.
• Supporting clients with corporate governance, restructuring, and company law advice.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
