Job summary

Freeths in London is seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer with 6–10 years’ PQE to join our expanding team. You will handle the full range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, and private equity, while collaborating across our national network.

We actively support lawyers in networking and developing client relationships from an early stage to advance their careers within a dynamic, award-winning practice.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Experience handling mergers & acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity.
• Active networking and client development encouraged from early career.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the full range of corporate work, including M&A, shareholders’ agreements and corporate restructurings.
• Collaborate across Freeths offices to manage complex transactions.
• Develop and manage client relationships while progressing your career.
