Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Corporate Associate (2–4 PQE) in Leeds. The role focuses on advising on high-value corporate transactions for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and large corporates across sectors.

You will manage a diverse caseload and work with senior lawyers on complex matters, including domestic and international M&A. The successful candidate will have 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate law, strong M&A experience, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 PQE with focus on corporate transactions.
• Experience advising on mergers & acquisitions is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and international transactions.
• Support clients on private equity investments, restructures and broader corporate advisory matters.
• Manage own caseload with supervision on larger, complex transactions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and deliver commercially-focused legal advice.
