Job summary

Fabulous High Street Fashion is seeking a Store Manager in Poole to lead a vibrant team and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will drive sales, coach staff and ensure the store reflects the brand’s premium image with high service standards.

With 3+ years in fashion retail leadership, you’ll analyse KPIs, optimise trading, and inspire your team to reach goals while creating a memorable shopping journey for customers.

• 3+ years leadership experience in fashion retail.
