• Experience in residential estate agency and proven ability to win new instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day running of the office.
• Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
• Generate new business and maximise branch opportunities.
• Support and motivate the wider sales team.
• Build relationships with vendors and buyers.
