Job summary

White Label IT in Farnborough is seeking a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer to join a busy, office-based team. You’ll be the first point of contact for client end-users, handling queries by phone and email, and guiding users through common IT issues.

Day-to-day, you’ll diagnose, log and resolve IT problems, assist with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, create accounts, reset passwords, and collaborate with senior engineers on escalated tickets. Flexibility with hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Attitude-focused; willingness to learn fast and adapt.
• Experience with IT support basics is beneficial.
• Desirable certifications: ITF+, A+, MS900, AZ900.

Responsibilities

• Tackle incoming queries via phone and email.
• Log, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of IT issues.
• Help users with apps like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Set up new accounts, reset passwords, and configure devices.
• Work alongside senior engineers on escalated tickets.
• Escalate issues to third parties where needed.
