Job summary

White Label IT in Farnborough is seeking a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer to be the first point of contact for clients’ end-users. This full-time, office-based role offers exposure to Microsoft 365, onboarding new users, and handling diverse IT issues.

You will log, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of IT problems, assist with apps like 365 and G Suite, set up new accounts, reset passwords, and collaborate with senior engineers on escalated tickets in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Attitude over years of experience; willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops; networking exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PCs, laptops and tablets.
• ITF+, A+, MS900 or AZ900 certs are bonus points.

Responsibilities

• Tackle incoming queries via phone and email.
• Log, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of IT issues.
• Help users with apps like 365 and G Suite.
• Set up new accounts, reset passwords, and configure devices.
• Work alongside senior engineers on escalated tickets.
• Escalate issues to third parties where needed.
