Job summary

Haynes Group Limited, part of Infopro Digital’s Automotive division, seeks an eCommerce Amazon Marketplace Manager. You will lead the growth of Amazon and other direct-to-consumer channels, optimise listings, manage advertising, and drive revenue across online platforms.

Based at our Swindon headquarters, the role moves to a hybrid model with three days in the office. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a track record of online sales growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience is essential.
• Proven ability to drive online sales growth and optimize marketplace performance.
• Experience with Amazon FBA, repricing tools and marketplace trading strategies.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms including Shopify and Magento/WooCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Amazon marketplace strategy to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead listings and catalogue optimisation, including keywords and enhanced brand content.
• Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC) and Buy Box performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives and digital marketing.
• Oversee Shopify Plus platform optimisation to improve conversion and retention.
