Job summary

Infopro Digital is seeking an experienced eCommerce Amazon Marketplace Manager to drive online sales growth for Haynes Group within its Automotive division. The role focuses on Amazon, eBay and Shopify Plus, with hands-on management of listings, Buy Box, PPC and inventory planning.

The position moves from Swindon HQ to a hybrid pattern after an initial training period, requiring strategic execution and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's preferred
• Hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience essential
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth via Amazon optimization and trading activities
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Experience with Amazon FBA and marketplace repricing tools is a plus
• Experience with eBay marketplace platforms is desirable

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Amazon marketplace strategy to drive revenue growth and market share
• Manage and optimise Amazon product listings, content, keywords and visibility
• Monitor Buy Box performance, conversions and product rankings
• Lead Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC) and performance monitoring
• Support and optimise Amazon FBA operations and stock availability
• Drive D2C platform performance (Shopify Plus) and digital marketing campaigns
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, product and IT to align e-commerce initiatives
• Oversee pricing strategies, merchandising and inventory planning across channels
• Maintain excellent account health and monitor marketplace performance standards
• Utilise tools to enhance user experience and conversion rates
