Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced eCommerce professional to own and grow client performance across Amazon marketplaces. You will manage Vendor Central and Seller Central, turn data into actionable insights, and lead cross-functional collaborations to optimize catalog, pricing and promotions.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, analytics, and coaching junior team members to drive marketplace growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts.
• Good working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Vendor Central experience and clear understanding of the 1P model.
• Experience with sales, margin, availability, pricing, catalogue health and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key client accounts
• Manage Amazon performance across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P)
• Develop marketplace growth plans aligned with client strategies and objectives
• Own and support catalogue, content, pricing, promotions, inventory, availability, operational performance and customer experience
• Analyse sales, profitability and marketplace performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Turn data into clear recommendations and actions
• Troubleshoot Vendor and Seller Central issues with Amazon, clients and internal teams
• Plan and deliver client performance reviews and QBRs
• Collaborate with eCommerce Operations, Advertising, Content, Technology and other internal teams
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches and peak trading periods
• Identify opportunities to expand client performance and scope across Amazon and other marketplaces
• Guide, coach and support junior eCommerce Acceleration team members
