Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in similar role managing Amazon Ads.
• Confident with data, reporting and Excel.
• Organised, proactive and commercially focused.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Amazon-first digital strategy across Seller/Vendor Central and Amazon Ads.
• Own and optimise all Amazon marketing channels to achieve ROAS, TACoS and CAC targets.
• Oversee Amazon listing optimisation including keyword strategy and A+ Content.
• Develop the Amazon tech stack and data ecosystem, including reporting tools and analytics.
• Lead and mentor the Performance Marketing team for best-in-class execution.
• Ensure high-quality Amazon content and optimised PDPs aligned with best practice.
• Create full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies across AMS, Amazon DSP and Prime Video.
• Deliver Amazon sales and performance reporting with actionable insights.
