Job summary

VAX Limited is seeking a commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead Amazon growth across the UK, shaping sales strategies, content, pricing, media, availability and conversion. You will work with the Amazon SNAM and agency partners to unlock opportunities for growth, with potential to expand into Europe.

You will own performance marketing on Amazon, drive ROI, and collaborate with sales, product and supply to optimise ranking, share and PDP conversion in a fast-paced consumer goods

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years managing 1P Amazon investment and performance accounts.
• Strong marketing background from content management to strategy and measurement.
• Commercially minded, with ability to connect marketing metrics to revenue and profitability.
• Experience in high-volume consumer goods, appliances, technology or similar competitive category.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of Amazon marketing activity with a focus on profitable revenue growth and ROI.
• Develop and execute performance strategies across Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Provide reporting improvements to showcase success and ROI.
• Balance growth, efficiency and profitability; decide when to push investment or optimise.
• Identify opportunities to increase share, improve ranking and accelerate priority products.
• Connect media performance with wider Amazon ecosystem including pricing and availability.
• Support content optimisation, reporting outputs and strategy optimisation.
• Enhance brand experience and PDP conversion and showcase this with the wider business.
• Share knowledge to the wider team to optimise activity in other channels.
• Manage the Retail Marketing Exec supporting the wider retail marketing strategy.
