Job summary

Luzern eCommerce is seeking an experienced eCommerce specialist with deep Amazon knowledge to manage key client accounts. You will drive growth across Vendor Central and Seller Central, translating client objectives into actionable marketplace strategies.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver peak performance, optimise listings, pricing, promotions and inventory, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts (brand or agency).
• Knowledge of Vendor Central and Seller Central, including 1P model basics.
• Ability to turn data into insights and practical actions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key client accounts as the trusted eCommerce partner.
• Manage Amazon performance across Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Translate client strategy into marketplace growth plans and actions.
• Oversee end-to-end eCommerce processes: catalogue, pricing, promotions, inventory, and CX.
• Troubleshoot Vendor/Seller Central issues and drive resolution.
• Deliver regular performance reviews with clear insights and next steps.
