Scale Jet is seeking an experienced Head of Account Operations in London to lead PPC, Account Management, CSM and Catalogue Coordination. You will own client retention, account health, and delivery quality across a growing portfolio.

You will drive strategy, oversee a senior team, and ensure seamless cross-functional execution while staying close to hands-on delivery when needed. This is a senior leadership role with high impact.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and Account Management.
• Proven experience leading client relationships as the primary CSM.
• Strong track record of driving client satisfaction and retention.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
