Job summary

Scalejet seeks a Head of Account Operations to lead PPC, Account Management, CSM, and Catalogue Coordination. This senior role owns client retention, account health, team performance, and daily delivery.

You’ll be the primary client-facing CSM and the go-to operations lead across the portfolio, ensuring priorities are clear, capacity is optimized, and complex issues are resolved with minimal CEO involvement. English fluency required.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and Account Management.
Proven experience leading client relationships and handling escalations.
Strong track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and account health.
Experience building and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Solid project management skills with ability to translate strategy into action.
Fluent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Lead PPC, AM, CSM, and Catalogue Coordination across the portfolio.
Set and drive strategy for client accounts with clear commercial objectives.
Coach and develop team members, manage workloads and deadlines.
Monitor capacity, performance, and quality; optimise resource allocation.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and proactive issue resolution.
Stay close to execution to address capacity gaps and complex issues when needed.
