Job summary

FS1 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Amazon Account Manager in Milton Keynes to take full ownership of an assigned Amazon category, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a cross-functional team of PPC specialists, copywriters, demand planners, and listing staff while coordinating with demand planners and supply chain to ensure inventory availability and optimal fulfillment for a large SKU portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce category management, preferably on Amazon or other marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, listing optimization, and digital marketing for marketplaces.
• Experience managing large SKU portfolios (thousands of SKUs).

Responsibilities

• Own category performance on Amazon, including sales, profitability, and market share.
• Develop and execute category strategy: assortment planning, pricing, promotions, growth initiatives.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of PPC, copywriters, demand planners, commercial strategists, and listing staff.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising strategy while guiding the PPC specialist for ROAS.
• Coordinate with demand planners and supply chain to ensure inventory availability and optimal fulfilment for a large SKU portfolio.
