The Key Account Manager – Amazon will:

  • Own the Amazon account, managing day-to-day performance and growth.
  • Develop and execute a tailored Amazon strategy to drive sales and improve search rankings.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on Amazon-specific KPIs, using data to drive decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ Content).
  • Work with the digital marketing team and agencies to recommend and implement Amazon advertising strategies.
  • Partner with supply chain teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and prevent stock issues.
  • Proven Amazon account management experience.
  • Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central (ideally both)!
  • Ability to interpret and leverage Amazon analytics tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
