Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative for the AM shift at the J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton. The role runs 06:00-14:00, Monday to Friday, with a fixed shift pattern.

The successful candidate will pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch in a modern warehouse, ensuring accuracy, quality and safety. Benefits include overtime after 37.5 hours and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking, packing or similar warehouse role.
• Ability to pick orders accurately and meet productivity targets.
• Strong attention to detail; reliable and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.
