Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Warehouse Operative at the J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton. Role involves loading/unloading, stock checks, and using warehouse systems.

Shift is full-time, Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm. Physically demanding, lifting up to 20kg; experience with a fast-paced environment is preferred. Opportunity for temporary-to-permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good computer skills using warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a busy fulfilment environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting items up to 20kg.
• Reliable, punctual and independent as well as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming goods.
• Check deliveries against paperwork and system information.
• Process stock using warehouse systems.
• Move goods safely around the warehouse.
• Keep Goods-In area organised and tidy.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
